How long does a breathwork session last?

Group Breathwork sessions last approximately 75 minutes. Longer more personalised sessions are also available one-to-one.

How do I prepare for a session?

For an online session, you’ll need a computer or laptop with a camera and enough space to lie down comfortably. We recommend having a blanket nearby. For an in-person session, please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. For all sessions, it’s helpful to have a journal or notebook available for any reflections or insights you may want to capture.

Do I need any previous experience in breathwork?

Not at all. Every session is fully guided, and Roisín will explain exactly what to do throughout the experience.

What is personal coaching?

Personal coaching combines intentional breathwork with private online coaching sessions focused on the specific shifts you want to make. Together, we explore additional exercises, practices and lifestyle changes that may support you in releasing stored stress, increasing nervous system regulation and creating greater capacity to flourish.
