Intentional Breathwork and Access Consciousness “Bars” services are provided for New York City and Philadelphia areas.
Public Group Circles and Workshops: Various topics covered; experience a collective group energy with friends or meet new ones in a community setting. For latest details please click HERE.
Private Sessions: Go deeper in a one-on-one appointment; enjoy confidentiality and convenience based on your schedule. Service rate $150 for 75 minutes (first visit 90 minutes).
Couples Sessions: Share a bonding and therapeutic time with a loved one. Service rate $175 for 90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy and Notes:
- 48 hour notification required for cancellations or client will be responsible for cost of session (vice versa, client receives free session if I should cancel)
