They can limit your ability to open yourself to new experiences. Mei-Yann is trained to help open these bars so that you can experience your life with ease.
From her study of Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, Mei-Yann brings the concept of Sum Fot, or “Heart Method”, which takes as its premise that our understanding ourselves comes from the heart—both literally and metaphorically. Ving Tsun is not a style of kung fu or someone’s interpretation, it is a system wherein you learn your own kung fu. We are always searching for what is simple, direct, and efficient.
